About Journal

Since 2001, Judgment Quarterly (Faslnameh Qazavat) has been actively responding to the needs and demands of the times by starting as a "News-Educational Monthly." Subsequently, a publication license for Judgment in the field of law, in Persian, with quarterly publication and nationwide distribution,  was issued under the title "Judiciary of Tehran Province, Vice Presidency for Judicial Affairs, Education, and Research" on February 1, 2022, with registration number 71719. In pursuit of this goal, the editorial board was initially formed, comprising distinguished legal  scholars from across the country who meet the criteria outlined in the national guidelines  for accrediting scientific journals, as well as judicial colleagues. The primary focus of this  quarterly is to publish articles that push the boundaries of legal knowledge and judicial insight,  contribute to the foundational understanding of law, or provide a scientific analysis of judicial realities.

Accordingly, priority is given to articles that tackle challenging topics and help address the country's legal and judicial issues, facilitating the transfer of innovative legal ideas from  academic and research institutions to judges and the judiciary, or vice versa, by bringing judicial experiences to academic and research centers. Additionally, recognizing that one of the  barriers to growth and development in our country is flawed laws and regulations,  this quarterly is keen to publish articles that critically assess legal bills, legislative proposals, enacted laws, regulations, and judicial practices.
