The Judgment Quarterly (Faslnameh Qazavat) is a peer-reviewed journal with a double-blind closed review process and open-access publication. The journal is owned by the Publications and Human Resources and Cultural Affairs Department of the Judiciary of Tehran Province. It is established to provide a research platform for professors, judges, lawyers, students, and other researchers, focusing on all legal topics. The journal aims to reflect advancements in the field of law and publish high-quality articles that address significant legal issues.

Copyright Policy: The journal adheres to the international copyright laws under the Creative Commons (CC BY-40) license. Authors retain ownership of their work and hold the copyright for their published articles.

The journal also complies with the Executive Regulations for Preventing and Combating Academic Misconduct.

Anti-Plagiarism and Similarity Check Policy:

The journal strictly adheres to ethical standards set by  (COPE)  and enforces the regulations for preventing and combating academic misconduct. All submitted articles undergo verification through the plagiarism detection software Samim Noor. Articles with high similarity percentages will be excluded from the peer-review process.

The journal charge fees for the peer-review or publication of articles and redistribution of content from this platform is permitted with proper citation.
In compliance with the requirements of the National Scientific Journals Commission, authors must register and display an ORCID  ID and use an institutional or organizational email address. Therefore, authors are kindly requested to obtain their ORCID  researcher ID and institutional email before submitting their manuscript.

Required Files and Forms:

Authors must upload the following essential files through the submission system:

1. The main manuscript file (anonymous and prepared according to the author guidelines).
2. A file containing the authors’ information.
3. An authorship declaration form (including the article title and the full names of all authors, signed by all contributors).
4. A conflict-of-interest form (signed by the corresponding author and uploaded with the manuscript).
5. A cover letter.

Article Formatting Guidelines:

The final version of the article, following the completion of the peer-review and acceptance processes, must be submitted in the journal’s designated format. Non-compliance will result in the article being disregarded.
